]]> สำหรับท่านไหน ที่มีการใช้งาน Windows 7,8,10 และมีการกดอัพเดต windows ใหม่
เมื่อจะใช้โปรแกรม Remote Desktop เพื่อเชื่อมต่อเข้ากับ VPS Windows จะเจอข้อความประมาณนี้

“An authentication error has occurred.
The function requested is not supported

Remote computer: xxxx
This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation
For more information, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=866660″

วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นทำได้ 2 วิธี ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าจะเลือกทำฝั่งไหน ส่วนลูกค้า PhalconHost ที่ติดปัญหานี้ สามารถแจ้งให้ทีมงาน PhalconHost ดำเนินการช่วยตั้งค่าที่ฝั่ง VPS Windows ให้ได้ครับ

วิธีที่ 1: ตั้งค่า Remote Desktop ฝั่ง VPS Windows

หากสามารถเข้าไป VPS Windows ได้เอง โดยไม่ต้องผ่านโปรแกรม Remote Desktop ท่านสามารถเข้าไปแก้ไขค่า Remote Desktop บน VPS Windows ได้ง่ายๆ ดังนี้

* สำหรับลูกค้า PhalconHost สามารถแจ้งให้ทีมงานดำเนินการให้ได้ครับ

คลิกขวาที่ “This PC > Properties”
เอาเครื่องหมายถูกหน้าเมนู “Allow connection only ….” ออกไป จากนั้นกดปุ่ม OK

เพียงเท่านี้ ก็สามารถ Remote Desktop เข้าไปใช้งาน VPS Windows ได้ตามปกติ

วิธีที่ 2: ตั้งค่าฝั่ง Windows OS เครื่องผู้ใช้งานเอง

2.1. ที่เครื่องตนเอง คลิกปุ่ม Start  และพิมพ์ชื่อโปรแกรม “Edit group policy”
2.2. คลิกที่เมนูดังต่อไปนี้  Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation -> Encryption Oracle Remediation
2.3. จากนั้นทำตามขั้นตอน ดังรูปด้านล่าง

เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะใช้งาน Remote Desktop ได้ปกติครับ

* สำหรับท่านไหนที่ไม่สามารถเปิด Edit group policy ได้ แนะนำให้ใช้วิธีที่ 1 ครับ จะง่ายที่สุดครับ

]]> การเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านของ Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 ทำได้ดังนี้

* จากตัวอย่างในที่นี้ จะแสดงวิธีการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านจาก Windows Server 2012

1. ให้ remote เข้าไปที่ Windows Server ก่อน ผ่านโปรแกรม Remote Desktop

2. กดปุ่ม Start

เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Windows Server 2012 - User Accounts
3. พิมพ์ข้อความ user account จากนั้นคลิกที่เมนู “User Accounts”
เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Windows Server 2012 - Manage another account
4. คลิกที่เมนู “Manage another account”
เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Windows Server 2012 - click user: Administrator
5. คลิกที่ user ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน ในที่นี้จะเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน user: Administrator
เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Windows Server 2012 - Change the password
6. คลิกที่เมนู Change the password
เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Windows Server 2012 - Enter Password
7. กรอก รหัสผ่านเดิม, รหัสผ่านใหม่, ยืนยันรหัสผ่านใหม่ เข้าไป จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Change password 

เท่านี้ก็เรียบร้อยครับ

* เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านของ user: Administrator  ทุกครั้ง ลูกค้าต้องจดจำหรือบันทึกรหัสผ่านไว้ให้ดี เพราะหากลืมรหัสผ่านของ user: Administrator ลูกค้าจะยุ่งยากกับการ reset password แบบ command line mode ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบทำให้ vps ของลูกค้าทำงานไม่ได้เป็นเวลานาน

** หากลูกค้า PhalconHost ท่านไหนลืมรหัสผ่านของ user: Administrator จริงๆ ไม่สามารถ login เข้าไปเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านภายใน Windows Server ได้โดยตรง จะต้องแจ้งให้ทีมงานดำเนินการ reset password ให้ครับ โดยเราจะเข้าไปดำเนินการใน mode: safe mode ซึ่งจะทำให้ vps ลูกค้าเข้าใช้งานไม่ได้ในช่วง reset password ประมาณ 10-30 นาทีครับ
